What’s in a Word?

Every new year I pick a word to live by. My word for 2020 was savor. I’m glad I chose it..it kept me grounded when our world went on tilt. There was always something to savor, even during challenging times.

This year I struggled to find the right word. I tried out a word for a day...and then ultimately moved on. What was my word going to be?

This year I am going to stretch myself to do new things. I am excited and terrified at the same time as I think about how I will use myself this year. I hope it will be a good

experience......for you especially, and also for me.

How about Peace? Hope? Calm? Stretch? Grow? Grace?

In the end.....drum roll please....I chose BE....

BE hopeful.

BE kind.

BE better.

BE a connection.

BE loving.

BE steady

BE courageous.

BE encouraging.

BE supportive.

BE the white thread. (I’ll tell you that story someday...)

BE there.

And ultimately...I plan to BE me....and that’s okay....❤️
